Our Learning Environments

Infants

Infants range from 6 week to 18 months.

Toddlers

Toddlers range from 16 months through 32 months.

Preschool

Preschool starts at 33 months and goes through kindergarten.

Our Approach

Little Acorns is a NAEYC accredited child care center located conveniently right off of Wayzata Blvd in Orono, Minnesota. Little Acorns is a family owned center that has been providing trusted child care and preschool since 1997. We offer a variety of services including preschool, block time, full time, and part time child care. We are conveniently open Monday through Friday from 6:00am until 6:00pm to meet all of your child care needs. Please contact us for a tour or for more information. The staff is caring and truly take the time to understand each child as an individual and nurture their unique potential. We are a bilingual family, so when my daughter began to babble her first words mixing languages the teachers were fast to ask me for a list of words in Portuguese, our native language, not only to help my daughter communicate but also to try and learn some of those words themselves! It was fun and entertaining to watch them practicing the words and SO great to see how welcomed my daughter and her individual needs are at Little Acorns!"
