signifying that Little Acorns has now reached the highest standard

| • | Organized, child appropriate, print rich classroom including supplies, toys, and avtivities to meet every child's interests. |
| • | Enriching, daily schedules that provide the optimal balance of structure and free choice. |
| • | Daily checks for safety hazards and a prevention program that includes stopping accidents before they happen and continually teaching the children about their own safety. |
| • | A center wide program that aims to provide a sense of security in all children in order that they may feel free to grow as individuals. |
| • | Formal and informal assessment of all children including documentation of learning styles, interests, strenghts, behaviors, and development. Biannual assessment also including checks of developmental milestones, learning objectives, and skill mastery. |
