Hello, my name is Jana Pierre. I have been working with children of all ages for over 10 years and have been an employee at Little Acorns Childcare for most of them. I feel that music is a very important learning tool in children's lives. It not only teaches them new vocabulary and movement, but, it also promotes diversity of communication techniques and can aid in the development of new relationships.

We will sing and move to all different types of music. Our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool Programs run for 30 minutes in each classroom. They are fun, interactive, theme-based units that will involve singing, dancing, instruments and rhythm. Each year we put on a Winter Program and a Spring Program in which families and friends can come and enjoy a musical show by the children, and maybe sing a bit also! We all have a blast with music.
